About the job
As a Growth Marketer, you will be working alongside the team in a high-growth journey. You will be responsible for the complete growth funnel.

Your responsibilities include but will not be limited to
- Driving user acquisition through organic activities on social media channels
- Creating a content engine that addresses user needs and drives the target audience
- Identifying top channels and running organic experiments to drive growth
- Work on SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing
- Propose new projects and work with the product team to create growth loops
- Initiating marketing partnerships to drive influencer/partner-led growth
- Track and optimize paid spending across different channels
Desired Skills and Requirements
- You should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in growth hacking/ digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of keyword research & experience with tools
- Extensive knowledge of tracking mechanisms and analytics tools
- You are data-driven & not afraid
- Working knowledge across digital channels is preferred
- Competition analyses- Should know how to analyse competition and for growth
- PPC/Social Ads/Seo Experience
- Should have Started with 1 skill (SEO/PPC/Social Ads) and then expanded into other fields
